Namrata Shrestha to Perform in Theaters

Besides movies and Music Videos, it seems Namrata Shrestha also wants to put her hands in Theaters. Following the journey from modeling, acting and radio jockeying; Namrata herself could not believe that she is now in theatres and says, ‘I am a newcomer in theatre and I need to learn many of its skills ‘. Here’s what Latshering Glan writes for Cyber Sansar.
Namrata Shrestha Performing in Theaters

‘Sano Sansar’ has been loaded yet again through the projector of Jai Nepal. While its screen is showing our own lovely, adorable, perky Namrata Shrestha; she has been spotted at ‘Dabali Theatre’ at the same time.

Following the journey from modeling, acting and radio jockeying; Namrata herself could not believe that she is now in theatres and says, ‘I am a newcomer in theatre and I need to learn many of its skills ‘. Being a close friend to Mahesh Shakya aka Karma (her opposite in Sano Sansar) who has the background in theatres, I asked her, ‘Is he sharing his experience with you?’ She replied, ‘Well, he is busy in his own play.’ Namrata is playing the role of Ellida Wangel (a widower with two daughters) from ‘Lady from the Sea’, a play written in 1988 by Norwegian playwright Henrik Ibsen.

Good news is the play will be shown to the public too. The play has been planned to mark ‘Democracy Day of Norway’ on May 17 but the venue has not been finalized yet. We will soon be finding out about the venue. So mark your day for May 17, this is something you shouldn’t be missing.

What do you say ? will she have the same succes in theaters ?
